So I recently picked up Ne-yo’s sophomore album, “Because of You”. It was orginnally titled, “Know Me” and I’m not exactly sure of why he changed the name of the album. Maybe because it seems that the songs on the album are talking/dedicated to “you”.

He seems to have a lot of old school influences on this album which gives it a different feel than his first album. I’m also feeling a lot of Michael Jackson influences on this album. Its only my first run through but I’m feeling it. We’ll see what happens when I give it a deeper listen…
