Crawling Before You Walk
Or in my case Stretching Before You Run and Not Running 2 Miles When You Haven’t Run in Years
Needless to say I’m a little sore today.
Nope, I take that back. I’m sore as hell. I really should have remembered all the training from high school sports. Because stretching is essential to not being sore. I didn’t realize how out of shape I was. I thought I wasn’t that much out of shape. But looking back to a few minutes ago when I was attempting to stretch…yeah I’m out of shape…
I probably should have read this before running and I probably wouldn’t be limping around…
