I hope everyone who came out enjoyed Maniac Music Monday…although it didn’t go exactly go the way I had planned. Oh well I guess thats life.

I feel kind of weird posting today. Sure its the hip hop battle of the century (by this century, I mean this month) but even all the hype surrounding Kanye and 50 Cent can not over shadow the true significance of September 11th. 6 Years ago an event happened that shook the United States to its core and has changed public policy the way our government acts not only towards its own people but those of foreign dissent. Which when thinking about the melting pot history which America has would be everyone.

I didn’t know anyone that I know personally but I know people that did. And I still remember the fear that I had on that day…not knowing what was going on or what was going on. The only thing that kept me somewhat safe was the Michael Jackson movie, Moonwalker…(I’m sorry I just couldn’t watch the news)

I was going to post some links today…but they can wait for tommorrow. Today…lets just think, relect, pray, and hope for a better tommorrow. Remember the ones you care and love becasue they might not always be there…
