The Mule Awards - 0929
Welcome back. I’m hoping everyone is waking up to a beautiful weekend and not having to be stressed from the Monday through Friday. Well it’s Saturday so its time to bestow some honors on some more than deserving individuals. Only 4 awards being given out this week though. Its been a somewhat stressful week with me starting my new job and all. But never the less here are the awards for this week:
The The Joel McHale Award is presented to those video clips who have made their way around the internet and are to hilarious to ignore. If you haven’t seen them yet, then I’m sure you’ll be showing them or e-mailing them to your friends by Monday morning.
What’s hilarious about this whole thing…besides their dancing is the description they put on YouTube:
we dont do ballet, so me and my nigga ron do the soldier boy danc ethe way a dancer would do it…handlin business in modern technique…real shit.
I’m sorry…but that’s all homo
This award isn’t necessarily for the best writing, or most pictures, or most main stream acticle: but just the most interesting article in my news reader. So the Award goes to:

Rising Seas Likely to Flood U.S. History
Wow. As a history major (and nerd) its interesting to see how we’ve changed the world. And how the world is going to sink some of our (Americans) most historic lands. I’ve seen this happen in my own county (St.Mary’s) as the civil war base is now mostly underwater. Its weird to imagine to having to see historic Jamestown in a submarine thou…
Who shall hold the honor of being the HBIC?!? Based upon frequency and excellency of posts.
That’s right the Assimilated One rules the roost this week. His writing style and amount of which he posts is amazing to me. How does he find the time…maybe he actually all those time management skills from LifeHacker…or maybe he has nothing better to do with his life. Oh well. The HBIC Award is all yours this week. You so honestly deserve it.
The Mule is awarded to those who have a newsworthy week, whether it be good…or as we saw last week with Britney Spears, bad.

I was shocked…but in a good way. I’ve been reading about internet startups in certain magazines and I realized I probably should’ve followed the dreams I had years ago. But Mark Zuckerberg did and right now he’s about to cash in with a deal with Microsoft that is worth billions. I wonder if Bill sees a little of himself in Mark…
Do you agree or disagree with the award winners. Let me know by e-mail (realcoleman {at} gmail {dot} com) or by posting in the comments. Check back to see who was a nominee for the Mule and why they didn’t win…
