What a wirlwind of a month…a month that started with me traveling across the country to spend me and my Princess’s birthday in the beautiful Napa Valley. A beautiful and amazing place…that I would never settle down in.

And then the next week…the week of Oct.19 a week that changed my life forever. On October 19th, 2007 I proposed to the love of my life.

She was shocked by the proposal…and it might not have been the most romantic proposal. But I just couldn’t wait anylonger to put a ring on her finger. I think more needs to be said about the emotions a guy goes through before proposing. Girls (and most guys) just don’t understand the emotions and nervous breakdowns that a guy on the verge of proposing goes through.

Well…after that things just get blurry and go rather quickly. My new fiance and I had a housewarming party where wine poured like water and we popped bottles of vintage Moet. I retired my position as king of my university and I worked.

All in all, awesome month!!! We’ll see what November brings…
